iGlow Cosmetics – Return & Refund Policy
At iGlow Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return process for eligible products.
Return Window
We accept returns of eligible items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- The product must be in resalable condition (no broken seals or tampered labels).
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used, opened, or trialed cosmetic and skincare products.
How to Request a Return

- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, as per your preference.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
